Colella Property Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in the Colella Property Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Colella Property reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Program Eligibility

To participate in the Program as a Referral Partner, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate contact information
• Submit the referral before the referee engages with Colella Property
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Service Location Eligibility

The following conditions apply regarding service locations:

• Colella Property operates primarily in metropolitan Melbourne, with a particular focus on the Bayside area
• All referrals are subject to a suitability assessment to determine if we can effectively manage or list a property in the specified location
• Not all metropolitan Melbourne locations are guaranteed to be serviceable
• If we determine we cannot service a property due to its location, we may refer the lead to a trusted agent partner with the referrer's permission
• Rewards are only paid for properties that Colella Property lists or manages directly
• If we do list, sell, or manage a referred property, the referrer will receive their reward regardless of the property's location

4. Referral Process

To make a valid referral, you may use any of the following methods:

• Complete the online referral form with all required information
• Introduce the referee directly to our team via email, phone, or in-person
• Have the referee contact us directly and mention your name at the start of the conversation
• Obtain consent from the person you are referring before submitting their information

5. Reward Eligibility

The following criteria determine reward eligibility:

• For a seller referral: A $500 reward will be paid only if the referred seller's property is successfully sold through Colella Property
• For a landlord referral: A $200 reward per property will be paid only if the referred landlord signs a 12-month management agreement with Colella Property
• The referral must be the first submission for that particular property/individual
• The referee must not already be in contact with Colella Property regarding selling or leasing their property
• The referee must engage in a listing or management agreement with Colella Property within 3 months of the referral

6. Payment of Rewards

Rewards will be processed and paid as follows:

• Within 14 days of property settlement (for sales) or lease commencement (for management)
• All rewards are issued as gift cards
• All reward values referenced are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

7. Limitations

The following limitations apply to the Program:

• The program applies only to residential sales and property management (not commercial properties or one-off rental listings)
• In case of multiple referrers for the same seller or landlord, only the first valid referral submitted will be eligible for the reward
• Colella Property reserves the right to determine the eligibility of referrals at its sole discretion
• The program may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice

8. Privacy

All information collected through the Program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Tracking & Confirmation

Upon submission of a referral:

• You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS acknowledging receipt of your referral
• The Colella Property team will verify if the referral is valid and not already an existing lead
• If valid, the referee will be assigned to a sales agent or property management specialist
• You will be updated throughout the process

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
